The position requires an understanding of accounting and financial terminology and their application in the investment process. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills, a willingness to travel, with the ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, transaction-oriented deal team. This position is located in the Sydney office in Australia.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements


Responsibilities include the detailed analysis, documentation and monitoring of leveraged loans and private mezzanine debt in businesses operating across a wide variety of industries.

Requirements:


• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics (minimum)
• 1-3 years of credit analysis or investment related experience
• Ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, transaction oriented deal team
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and financial terminology and their application in the investment process
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Power Point
