Your new role
The main responsibility for the Digital Program Manager is the demonstrated benefit for the business through the delivery of digital programs and projects. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the complete life cycle of IT Programs, engaging with program stakeholders and delivery of digital programs. You will need a solid foundation and knowledge across software, applications or digital projects and programs, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead people.

What you'll need to succeed

Leadership experience in software development programs and projects
Extensive experience in managing dependencies, risks and issues at both project and program levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Significant stakeholder engagement and vendor management experience
Formal Project Management qualifications
Demonstrated ability to inspire others to achieve critical business outcomes
