An established professional services organisation is investing heavily in the future of workplace technology and AI. As part of a broader digital transformation strategy, a newly created opportunity has become available for a Technology & AI Trainer to support the successful adoption and ongoing use of innovative technology solutions across the business.
Your new role
Working closely with operational and technology leaders, you will play a key role in helping employees confidently embrace new technology and AI-enabled ways of working.You will:
- Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
- Facilitate workshops, lunch-and-learns and onboarding programs.
- Support the rollout and adoption of AI-powered tools.
- Develop training guides, learning resources and user documentation.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and technology support.
- Gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion best practice technology adoption across the organisation.
You may currently be working as a:
- Technology Trainer
- Systems Trainer
- Digital Adoption Specialist
- Learning & Development Advisor
- AI Enablement Consultant
- Change Analyst or Change Manager
- Technology Adoption Lead
You'll bring: - Experience delivering technology training programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting technology or system adoption initiatives.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Exposure to AI, digital transformation or workplace technology solutions.
- Opportunity to work with emerging AI technologies.
