Your new role
As the AI Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the organisation's AI roadmap while helping build confidence and capability in the responsible use of AI. Working closely with executive leaders, business stakeholders, technology teams and governance functions, you will identify high-value opportunities and translate them into practical AI initiatives that deliver measurable business benefits.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering an enterprise AI roadmap.
- Identifying, prioritising and implementing AI use cases across the organisation.
- Establishing AI governance, risk and decision-making frameworks.
- Driving adoption of approved AI tools and technologies.
- Leading stakeholder engagement, education and change initiatives.
- Building communities of practice and AI capability across the business.
- Monitoring adoption, utilisation and benefits realisation outcomes.
- Providing strategic advice to senior leaders on emerging AI opportunities and trends.
To be successful, you will bring a blend of strategic thinking, transformation leadership and stakeholder engagement capability, alongside a genuine passion for AI and its practical application within organisations.
You will ideally demonstrate:
- Experience leading enterprise transformation, digital, technology or business improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience developing roadmaps, strategies and implementation plans.
- Strong organisational change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience working with senior executives and influencing decision-making.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI and automation solutions.
- Experience establishing governance, risk or compliance frameworks.
- Strong project, program and benefits realisation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into business language.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform or similar technologies will be highly regarded.
