Your new role
We are seeking AI Consultants (GRC Analysts) to support a newly established Responsible AI stream. This is a newly created function, offering the opportunity to shape and influence how AI is governed and operated in a high-impact environment. These roles are focused on ensuring the safe, ethical, and compliant use of AI across the organisation.You will be responsible for:

Monitoring and interpreting emerging AI regulations, policies, and guidance from governing bodies

Identifying, assessing, and documenting risks associated with the use of AI

Ensuring adherence to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements and responsible AI obligations

Supporting the implementation of established tools and frameworks in a practical, "hands-on" delivery phase

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to embed responsible AI practices

Engaging with stakeholders to promote awareness, alignment, and best practices

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in GRC, Risk, or Compliance (AI/technology exposure highly regarded)

Understanding of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance practices

Ability to interpret evolving guidance and translate it into actionable controls and processes

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Proven stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams

Interest or exposure to Responsible AI, emerging technologies, or digital risk (highly desirable)
