A leading NFP organisation, with strong values and a clear mission are seeking an HR Team Lead to join their head office in Richmond, Victoria.
Your new role
• As an HR Team Lead, you will advise and support a team of HR Administrators, to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across the full HR Lifecycle, and escalate issues where necessary.
• Ensuring that deadlines are met and find opportunities to improve processes within the HR team.
• Undertake job evaluations using the company framework.
• Oversee departmental reporting and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
• Previous experience working in an HR environment with an understanding of HR processes and procedures
• An enthusiastic leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring teammates
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• A passion for customer service and operational excellence
What you'll get in return
• Permanent, full-time position
• Salary $90,000-$105,000 + super
• Hybrid, flexible working
