We're working with a growing boutique accounting firm in Geelong seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into greater responsibility, work closely with the Director and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Role:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Provide accounting, taxation and business advisory services.
• Review financial statements and tax returns.
• Lead and mentor a small team.
• Assist with tax planning, structuring and commercial advice.
• Work closely with the Director on practice growth and strategy.

About You:

• 10+ years' Australian Public Practice experience.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Confident managing clients and people.
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills.
• Interested in a pathway towards senior leadership or partnership.
