DWS is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Melbourne team and support our client's major technology integration initiative. This role will focus on assessing complex technology environments, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and defining future-state integration requirements across enterprise on-premises and Azure platforms.
Type : Max Term 12mths + Salary: Up to a maximum $180,000 package (including super), depending on experience!
Location: Melbourne CBD
Start Date: October 2026

What You Will Be Doing

• Assess and analyse complex technology landscapes, including applications, infrastructure, integrations, and data environments
• Document current-state and define target-state technology architectures to support enterprise integration initiatives
• Identify integration requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and constraints across business and technology domains
• Collaborate closely with business, technical, architecture, infrastructure and delivery stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and validate integration approaches
• Produce high-quality business and technical analysis artefacts, recommendations, and decision-support documentation
• Support integration planning and strategic technology decision-making
• Provide regular reporting on key findings, risks, issues and dependencies through established governance forums
• Work across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments

What You Will Bring

• Demonstrable experience as a Technical Business Analyst operating on large-scale enterprise integration projects - Health related environments, highly desirable
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise applications, cloud technologies, infrastructure and system integrations.
• Experience analysing technology environments and defining target-state solutions and integration requirements
• Experience facilitating technical workshops and engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Azure and hybrid/on-premises technology environments
• Formal Business Analysis qualification such as IIBA CBAP, CCBA or ECBA
• Experience applying recognised methodologies including BABOK, BPMN, Agile and Scrum
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and relationship management capabilities
• Experience working across complex enterprise environments within government, financial services, professional services or other large organisations
• A proactive, consultative approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
