This business is seeking an experienced HR Business partner for a six month fixed term, with potential for extension or a permanent position.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees across the business.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, from job briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships and other recruitment channels.
- Write and post engaging job advertisements that align with the employer brand.
- Screen applications, conduct phone interviews and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment advice.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including careers page content, recruitment marketing campaigns and employee referral programs.
- Support change initiatives and other strategic People projects as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and provide responsive HR support across all areas of the business.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or HR recruitment, with proven experience managing end to end recruitment across multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK and other talent attraction channels.
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with hiring managers at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing or talent attraction initiatives is highly regarded.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience recruiting within retail, hospitality, customer service, property, education or other high-volume environments will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Must have valid working rights for Australia
