Your new role Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Preparing and issuing invoices across various customer channels
Allocating incoming payments and performing account reconciliations
Monitoring outstanding accounts and following up overdue payments
Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies, deductions and account queries
Completing bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting with month-end processes, journals and accruals
Supporting financial reporting and maintaining accurate accounting records
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts-focused position
Strong accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliation experience
Experience managing complex customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently
