Your new role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale infrastructure and technology transformation program. The initial focus of the role will be supporting the migration of the organisation's virtualisation environment from VMware to Hyper-V, alongside a broader portfolio of infrastructure, hardware and data centre initiatives.Working closely with project teams, infrastructure specialists, architects, engineers and technical leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes across the organisation's technology function.
Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing change management plans across multiple infrastructure and technology projects.
• Conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Designing and delivering communication, engagement and training activities.
• Partnering closely with technical stakeholders, including infrastructure, networking, server, cloud, platform and engineering teams.
• Supporting the delivery of infrastructure migration, hardware refresh, platform modernisation and technology transformation initiatives.
• Assessing change readiness and driving successful adoption outcomes.
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with organisational and technology change.
• Providing change leadership across a complex project and program landscape.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Change Manager with a strong track record supporting enterprise infrastructure and technology transformation programs. You will ideally bring:

• Proven experience delivering change management across large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting technology initiatives such as virtualisation migrations, data centre transitions, cloud programs, hardware refreshes, platform upgrades or enterprise infrastructure transformations.
• Exposure to VMware, Hyper-V or broader infrastructure modernisation programs.
• The ability to work credibly with highly technical stakeholders, including engineers, architects, infrastructure managers and technology leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communications, training and change impact assessment experience.
• Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent.
• Experience working within complex, highly regulated or security-conscious environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
