Your new role
Working as a National Distribution Manager you will be;
- Develop & maintain business relationships with new and existing clients and brokers
- Manage a team of Development Underwriters
- Identify insurable risks and designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions for the clients
- Quoting New Business - end to end
- Preparation of commercial insurance quotes, renewals, invoicing, and document/task management
To be successful as a National Distribution Manager , you will have;
- Experience as within Account Management or Development Underwriting
- Tier 1 (insurance broking) qualification highly regarded but not essential
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Have a great Network within the cluster networks
- Be driven to build a new business the way you want
- Have experience in people leadership (preferred)
