Your new role
As a Senior Home Lending Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build your own market presence across NSW's Northern Rivers region, helping customers achieve their property goals while growing a successful lending portfolio within a leading Big 4 bank.
In this role, you will:
- Proven success in residential home lending, with the ability to deliver outstanding customer and business outcomes
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end lending, including complex lending scenarios and credit assessment
- A proven ability to build and grow your own pipeline through referral partnerships, community engagement and local networks
- Confidence developing strong relationships with customers, branch teams and key stakeholders
- A commercial mindset with a track record of achieving lending, referral and customer satisfaction targets
- A strong focus on compliance, risk management and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- An established network across Northern NSW will be highly regarded but not essential.
