You will join a leading technology services organisation delivering complex ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. This opportunity offers strong work-from-home flexibility and is open to suitably experienced candidates across Australia.
Your new role
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will contribute to the design, development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, working closely with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Participating in and leading elements of solution design sessions.
Contributing to definition sessions, design documentation and technical user stories.
Developing solutions and completing functional validation of implemented processes.
Supporting project implementations into production.
Resolving medium to high-complexity issues and defects.
Designing, configuring and implementing solutions using ServiceNow Vault, Now Assist and Document Intelligence.
Supporting generative AI-enabled workflows, secure data handling, document processing and workflow integration.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you need to have an active Baseline Clearance. You need to have strong hands-on ServiceNow experience across implementations, integrations, configuration and development, including:
Experience with Now Assist for CSM (Customer Service Management) and generative AI-enabled customer service workflows.
Experience configuring and deploying Now Assist, including prompts, AI-powered workflows, integrations, governance and testing.
Experience with ServiceNow Vault, including secure configuration, encryption and key-management concepts, sensitive-data protection and access controls.
Experience with ServiceNow Document Intelligence, including data extraction, classification, summarisation, question answering, structured-data mapping and workflow integration.
Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow development.
Experience with ServiceNow deployments, implementations and/or integrations.
Experience with database schemas and data modelling.
Experience with Web Services technologies, including SOAP and REST.
