Responsibilities
- Execute investment and market-making activities in the onshore credit bond market.
- Develop and implement trading and pricing strategies across various RMB-denominated credit products.
- Provide institutional clients with credit bond pricing and execution services.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in a relevant discipline from a domestic or overseas university.
- Strong quantitative, statistical, probabilistic reasoning, and data analysis skills.
- Passion for trading and strong market intuition.
- Able to identify market trends and draw conclusions from data.
- Independent thinker with creativity and strong research capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to perform well under pressure.
