We are looking for a
working student Human Resources (all genders) as soon as possible,
for 15-20 hours per week for our
Cologne Office. We offer you the opportunity to learn about all HR processes of a renowned IT strategy consultancy and actively contribute to the development of our HR processes.




Shape the world of tomorrow

• You support the team with HR-related activities throughout the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding


• You independently take on tasks in day-to-day operations, such as preparing contract documents, references, and certificates


• You maintain and manage our HR databases and systems


• You actively shape the pre-boarding and onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth start


• You work on exciting HR initiatives and assist the team in the conception and implementation phases of new projects

You can help us make a difference

• You are enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Business Administration, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field


• You are proficient in MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)


• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills


• You describe yourself as an open, friendly, and communicative person who enjoys working in a team. A professional demeanor is natural for you


• You are highly organized and work independently, meticulously, and reliably


• You learn quickly and can apply your knowledge effectively
