Your new role

• Assist the investment banking team with general administration work
• Schedule meetings and assist with internal & external call and video conference set up
• Responsible for travel arrangement
• Act as gatekeeper, screening phone calls and emails, responding or delegating to ensure a timely response.
• Handle ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

• 1+ year(s) of administrative/ sales support experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
