Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Senior Product Expert to lead the strategic planning, development, and end-to-end lifecycle management of our banking products. The ideal candidate will possess deep insight into the Hong Kong local banking market and a proven track record of taking complex financial products from 0 to 1. As a hands-on leader, you will manage a dedicated product team and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across front, middle, and back-office departments to drive innovative, industry-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and end-to-end delivery of products from 0 to 1; coordinate with ecosystem business units to manage, track, and successfully execute product solution rollouts.

- Uncover deep product market insights to define short-, medium-, and long-term product blueprints, implementation paths, and project milestones.

- Consolidate and analyze user feedback and institutional requests from front-, middle-, and back-office departments; align requirements with corporate strategies to build a prioritized product backlog and formulate innovative features.

- Establish clear product design principles, streamlined business processes, and optimized user experience (UX) journeys; oversee the comprehensive end-to-end product lifecycle management.

- Formulate robust product and operational strategies; conduct post-launch product evaluations, analyze user feedback, and continuously drive iterations to resolve paint points and enhance performance.

Job Requirement

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product design and execution within the banking or Fintech sector, including solid experience leading and managing product teams.

- Comprehensive experience in B2C or B2B product implementation; strong familiarity with core banking products, including accounts, lending, and cash management (deposits, loans, and remittances) across Mobile Apps and Desktop/Online Banking.

- Practical experience in embedded finance frameworks, including joint platform integrations for e-KYB, e-KYC, data interoperability, and embedded services.

- Expert-level understanding and strategic insight into the business models, commercial dynamics, and operational mechanisms of commercial banks or internet finance institutions.

- Exceptional cross-departmental communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; high stress-tolerance with a strong proactive drive, global analytical mindset, and innovative problem-solving abilities.

- Deep understanding of the Hong Kong local banking market and current product landscape is highly preferred; fluency in spoken and written Cantonese and English is a strong advantage.
