You will be joining a leading global financial institution with a strong international presence. The organisation is well known for its corporate art collection and cultural initiatives, offering a unique environment that blends finance and the arts.
Your new role
- Support the day-to-day administration and operations of the art collection.
- Maintain artwork inventory, cataloguing, and documentation records.
- Coordinate art installations, de-installations, and logistics across offices.
- Liaise with vendors, installers, and internal stakeholders for project execution.
- Assist with art labels, research, and copyright-related requests.
- Support exhibitions, internal displays, and regional projects.
- Collaborate with regional (Singapore) and global teams (New York), including occasional evening calls to accommodate time zones.
What you'll need to succeed
- Background in Art History, Arts Management, Fine Arts, or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in or exposure to contemporary art.
- Experience in art administration, galleries, museums, or collections is advantageous.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in approach.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
