Job Description
- Conducting comprehensive KYC reviews and due diligence for private banking clients.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitoring and updating client records to reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address KYC-related queries and issues.
- Identifying and reporting potential risks or suspicious activities to the relevant teams.
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members on KYC processes.
- Participating in audits and regulatory reviews as required.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Strong knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
- Experience in private banking/ Wealth Management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential risks.
- Proficiency in relevant systems and tools.
