The Job

• Monitor operation work can be completed within agreed TAT
• Provide on job training to the team for the clerical support (e.g. input payment, prepare / issue correspondence to agent / clients)
• Quality check on production case
• Handle enquiries from underwriters and colleagues from other departments
• Ad-hoc projects as required

The Person

• Degree Holder with a minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance industry. Candidates with less / no experience in insurance industry will also be considered as Senior Officer
• Familiar with MS office (word, excel etc.) and good in Chinese and English typing
• Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details
• Pro-active involvement in trouble shooting
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadline and willing to work overtime (will need to work on weekend or even public holiday during month-end closing)
• Immediate available would be an advantage
