Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritise high-impact AI, GenAI, and digital transformation opportunities that drive business value.
• Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, leveraging GenAI, automation, low-code platforms, and enterprise systems to improve processes and workflows.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and digital initiatives, including project planning, resource management, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.
• Conduct feasibility assessments covering business value, technical complexity, data readiness, scalability, and compliance considerations, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
• Act as the key liaison between business teams, IT, data, risk and compliance functions, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation, technology delivery, business analysis, or project/programme management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of technology delivery lifecycles, including solution design, system integration, data management, testing, deployment, and vendor management.
• Experience working in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries, with a good understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing small teams, including resource planning, coaching, workload prioritisation, and delivery oversight.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft AI and Power Platform technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other M365 capabilities, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
