Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a core system modernization initiative project. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technology vendors to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and support the delivery of key business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Facilitate requirement workshops and discussions with business users and technology teams
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and business documentation
• Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support solution delivery
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support system implementation, testing, and business readiness activities
• Collaborate with different operations teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured
• Track requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong insurance domain knowledge, particularly in Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, or Insurance Operations
• Experience supporting core system transformation or modernization projects
• Proven experience writing functional specifications and business requirements documentation
• Experience working with technology vendors and cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
• Fluent Cantonese is required; Mandarin proficiency is preferred
• Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred
