Role

Lead CNH bond market-making activities, managing trading positions and risk exposures to ensure effective liquidity provision and stable performance.
Monitor market, macroeconomic, policy, and credit developments impacting offshore RMB fixed income markets.
Enhance pricing frameworks, trading strategies, and market-making capabilities to improve profitability and execution quality.
Manage fixed income portfolios with strong focus on risk management, liquidity management, and capital efficiency.
Drive the development of trading infrastructure, including system enhancements, testing, and implementation initiatives.
Build relationships with regulators, institutional investors, and key market participants.
Provide market insights to support business growth, product development, and strategic decision-making.
Partner closely with sales, research, risk, operations, and technology teams.

Requirements

Master's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Extensive experience in fixed income trading, market-making, or rates trading within banks, securities firms, or financial institutions.
Strong knowledge of China's bond market, offshore RMB products, and cross-border fixed income trading.
Proven track record managing sizeable trading books and delivering consistent risk-adjusted returns.
Deep understanding of pricing, liquidity management, portfolio management, and risk frameworks.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
Experience supporting trading technology or market-making platform enhancements is preferred.
