The Compliance Operations SME supports the organisation’s compliance functions by ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. This role is vital in maintaining robust compliance processes within the organisation. The organisation fosters an environment of operational excellence and regulatory integrity.

Role Overview
The SME will be responsible for providing expert guidance on compliance operations, developing and reviewing procedures, and ensuring that compliance standards are consistently met. The role reports to senior management and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement effective compliance strategies. Success in this role is measured by the consistent application of compliance standards and risk mitigation.

• Demonstrate knowledge aligned with WNTA A skills or standards


• Manage compliance activities and procedures effectively


• Review and develop compliance documentation and workflows


• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure regulatory adherence

Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliance analysis and identify areas for improvement


• Build and maintain compliance monitoring processes


• Manage audits and assessments related to compliance standards


• Deliver clear reports on compliance status and issues

Requirements

• Right to work in the location specified


• Experience with WNTA A standards or equivalent


• Availability to work on-site


• Minimum engagement duration of 2 weeks
