Your new role

• Conduct surveillance reviews of employee electronic communications to identify potential misconduct, regulatory breaches, and compliance risks.
• Investigate alerts generated through surveillance systems and escalate suspicious findings where appropriate.
• Monitor communications to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Perform analysis and document investigation findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Risk, HR, and business stakeholders on surveillance-related matters.
• Support periodic reporting and management information (MI) preparation.
• Participate in surveillance framework enhancements and regulatory projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Compliance, AML, Surveillance in Banking.
• immediate availability is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and compliance controls is preferred.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
