Role & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategic internal communications plans to strengthen organisational culture and reinforce a value-driven workplace
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across the region
- Promote effective information-sharing and collaboration across regional and global offices
- Support the roll-out and localisation of the firm's employee value proposition in Asia
- Partner with global communications teams to identify and support external communication opportunities across Asia
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business functions
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in communications and marketing
- Create high-quality written and multimedia content for internal platforms including intranet and newsletters
- Oversee content planning, editorial calendars and related communication platforms
- Support leadership communications including drafting key messages, announcements and presentations
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and internal updates
- Track team deliverables and provide regular progress reporting
Requirements
- Degree-qualified with a strong academic background
- 10-12 years of experience in communications, preferably within financial services
- Solid experience spanning both internal and external communications
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and intellectual curiosity
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
