Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior private bankers to identify, structure, and execute tailored financing solutions for UHNW individuals, family offices, and entrepreneur clients.
• Advise on a broad spectrum of lending products, including securities-backed financing, concentrated stock solutions, alternative investment financing, real estate lending, and other bespoke credit structures.
• Assess complex financing opportunities by understanding clients' wealth structures, liquidity needs, risk profile, and investment objectives.
• Drive credit transaction execution from origination through approval, documentation, and implementation, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Evaluate and structure transactions involving larger credit exposures, non-standard collateral, and bespoke risk mitigation frameworks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and front-office teams on lending-related matters and opportunities.
• Contribute to product innovation, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the lending franchise.
• Support the continual development of credit governance, platform capabilities, and lending best practices.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in private banking lending, structured finance, leveraged finance, credit advisory, or a related financing function within Private Banking.
• Strong technical knowledge of credit structuring, collateral analysis, corporate financial assessment, and transaction execution.
• Familiarity with financing solutions involving concentrated equity positions, alternative assets, private investments, real estate, and complex wealth structures.
• Good understanding of regional financial markets, cross-border financing considerations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of capital markets products and their interaction with financing solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently evaluate complex situations and provide practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting directly with senior clients and internal decision-makers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
