Job Description
As an FX&CDF Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide clients with insights and recommendations on FX and CFD trading opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and increase trading volumes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of FX and CFD products, including features, benefits, and risks, to effectively communicate and educate clients.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
A successful FX&CDF Business Development Manager should have:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years experience in affiliate sales within the Forex & CFD industry.
- Strong network of Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and white-label partners.
- Deep understanding of Forex & CFD trading, brokerage operations, and partnership models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients.
- A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
