Job Description/工作职责

1. 深入挖掘企业/机构客户在汇率风险管理、资金配置及收益增强方面的需求，提供定制化解决方案；
2. Identify and assess the foreign exchange risk management, treasury allocation and yield-enhancement needs of corporate and institutional clients, and provide tailored solutions;
3. 结合宏观经济、货币政策、汇率走势及市场流动性，为客户提供市场观点、产品建议及交易支持；
4. Provide clients with market views, product recommendations and transaction support based on macroeconomic conditions, monetary policy, foreign exchange trends and market liquidity;
5. 协调交易、产品、风险、法务、合规及运营等团队，推动业务全流程执行；
6. Coordinate with trading, product, risk, legal, compliance and operations teams to facilitate the end-to-end execution of transactions and business initiatives;
7. 参与外汇产品创新、业务模式建设、系统需求分析及产品测试；
8. Participate in foreign exchange product innovation, business model development, system requirements analysis and product testing;
9. 负责客户关系维护及其他工作。
10. Maintain client relationships and undertake other relevant duties.

Requirements/任职资格

1. 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，过往工作中无重大失误及违法违规记录，具备良好的职业道德和专业素质；
2. Upright, humble, diligent and high moral values, with a clean compliance record and strong professional ethics.
3. 3~10年大型金融机构的外汇业务工作经验；
4. 3–10 years of experience in foreign exchange-related business at a leading financial institution;
5. 具备外汇销售、衍生品销售、结构化产品或机构客户服务经验；
6. Experience in FX sales, derivatives sales, structured products or institutional client services;
7. 熟悉外汇即期、远期、掉期、期权及结构性产品，具备较强的产品理解和方案设计能力；
8. Familiarity with FX spot, forwards, swaps, options and structured products, with strong product knowledge and solution-design capabilities;
9. 具备良好的市场分析、客户沟通、商务谈判及跨部门协调能力；
10. Strong market analysis, client communication, business negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills;
11. 熟练使用Bloomberg，掌握Python者优先；
12. Proficiency in Bloomberg; knowledge of Python is preferred;
13. 具备良好的中英文沟通能力；
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
15. 具备较强的合规意识、责任心和团队协作精神。
16. Strong compliance awareness, sense of responsibility and teamwork.
