  • Manage products with responsibility of P&L and Key Business drivers,  to drive:
  • Portfolio growth (customer & sales, market share penetration)
  • Revenue growth
  • Expense management (including reward cost);
  • Responsible for customer journey from initial engagement through to product/account attrition;
  • Deliver differentiated & competitive value propositions, and aligning to global/regional guidelines & framework.  Adopting global standards that enable local empowerment.
  • Explore and realize (where applicable) product feature/process improvement.
  • Analyze portfolio to identify business opportunities for client engagement and/or relevant programs/campaigns/privileges
  • Explore, manage multiple service delivery platforms that are required for supporting product features / customized offerings (including cost efficiency, service delivery, customer experience, product offerings, and opportunities for acquisition);
  • Drive quality NTB referral and/or acquisition, working closely with the sales channels/ platforms;
  • Monitor and analyze performance of all marketing campaigns to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems and recommend solutions;
  • Build, test, and roll out CRM system for Ultima;
  • Deliver client excellence, achieving leadership in top down NPS for affluent segment and rNPS & overall cards segment NPS;
  • Run product in control with laws, regulations and our own policies to protect the brand and the franchise;
  • Work closely to roll out initiatives and programs,  including Marketing, E-business, Legal, Compliance & Decision management.


  • At least 7 years or higher experience, relevant cards/ banking product experience.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers, products & functions, specifically P&L Management & partner management
