Your new role

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of core IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, cloud) in HK, China, and SEA.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure policies and standards.
• Manage and mentor IT infrastructure, security, and compliance teams.
• Align IT strategies with business goals and regional regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to adopt innovative technologies.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure/ cybersecurity leadership.
• Strong grasp of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage regional operations
