Your new role

• Provide holistic investment advisory services to UHNW and HNW private banking clients across multi-asset classes, including equities, fixed income, FX, alternatives, structured products, and funds.
• Generate investment ideas, portfolio strategies, and tactical asset allocation recommendations aligned with clients' objectives and risk profiles.
• Partner closely with Relationship Managers to drive client engagement, enhance portfolio solutions, and identify business development opportunities.
• Deliver timely market updates, investment insights, and thematic investment views to clients through meetings, portfolio reviews, and investment presentations.
• Contribute to revenue generation through the provision of high-quality investment advice and effective execution of investment opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 7 years of stable and relevant experience as an Investment Counsellor (IC) and/or Investment Advisor (IA) within a private banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CFP are advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and advisory achievements, with the ability to partner effectively with Relationship Managers and clients.
• Strong multi-asset investment knowledge covering equities, fixed income, structured products, funds, alternatives, and portfolio construction.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Open to candidates from both traditional private banking and semi-private IC/advisory platforms.
