Job Description
As an IT Production Control Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and monitoring mainframe systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Overseeing Control-M job scheduling and troubleshooting any job failures or delays.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align production control processes with business requirements.
- Implementing and maintaining operational procedures to enhance system efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies for system operations.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
- Preparing regular reports on system performance and job execution metrics.
- Supporting technology upgrades and changes within the production environment.
