Our client is a leading technology solutions provider supporting enterprise customers across Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region. They are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused professional to support cybersecurity solution design, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities.

Your new role

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical consultation and pre-sales support for cybersecurity and managed security solutions.
• Prepare proposals, solution presentations, scope of work documents, and other customer-facing materials.
• Work with vendors and technology partners to obtain quotations, evaluate solution options, and develop commercial proposals.
• Support solution design, costing, and customer discussions throughout the sales cycle.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer requirements, industry trends, and product enhancements.
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity technologies and industry developments.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, with exposure to cybersecurity, information security, or risk management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies such as: Network Security / Firewalls / IDS / IPS / SIEM / SOC Services etc.
• Professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001) will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
