Job Description

• Lead regulatory compliance activities across major global markets and assess the impact of changing requirements on the business.
• Develop and maintain AML, compliance, and risk management frameworks covering customer onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing controls.
• Oversee transaction monitoring, suspicious activity investigations, regulatory reporting, and high-risk customer reviews.
• Drive the enhancement of risk rating methodologies, monitoring models, policies, procedures, and compliance systems.
• Establish enterprise-wide risk assessment, incident response, and compliance training programmes to strengthen organisational governance.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree qualification with significant experience in compliance, AML, and risk management within fintech, payments, ideally from a MSO licensed financial services.
• Proven leadership background, including managing teams and overseeing complex compliance programmes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, sanctions controls, customer due diligence, and regulatory expectations; CAMS or similar certification is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with strong English and Chinese proficiency.
