Job Responsibilities

Customer Retention and Loyalty

Reduce churn: Create strategies to stop customers from canceling their insurance policies.
Build loyalty programs: Design rewards and engagement plans to keep customers happy.
Identify at-risk clients: Use data to spot clients who might leave and win them back.

Cross-Selling and Upselling

Grow revenue: Encourage current policyholders to buy additional or higher-value insurance products.
Target campaigns: Direct the right insurance offers to the right customers at the perfect time.
Optimize journeys: Improve the digital and physical touchpoints where customers buy products.

Data Analytics and Segmentation

Segment customers: Group clients by their behavior, needs, and financial value to the company.
Predict behavior: Use data models to forecast what insurance products a customer will need next.
Track performance: Monitor key metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Return on Investment (ROI).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder
A minimum of 10 years of experience of business development or customer value management gained from large financial institutions
Fluent Cantonese, English and preferably Mandarin
