Key Responsibilities

Manage and support enterprise application platforms.
Deploy, configure, and maintain applications running on Kubernetes environments across development, testing, and production platforms.
Execute platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities while ensuring service continuity and operational stability.
Support environment migration initiatives, including application deployment and workload transitions between Kubernetes clusters.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and engineering teams to streamline release and deployment processes.
Implement and maintain CI/CD deployment workflows, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
Perform Linux system administration activities including configuration management, performance monitoring, security patching, and troubleshooting.
Develop scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3-10 years of experience in application support, platform engineering, DevOps, system administration
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Shell scripting for automation purposes.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes environments.
Experience with Kubernetes cluster migration, application deployment, upgrade, and troubleshooting activities.
Good working knowledge of Linux operating systems and server administration.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment automation practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in a collaborative environment.
Flexibility to provide support during maintenance windows or critical production deployments when required.
Experience supporting Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar solutions.
Fluent communication in English and Chinese
