About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and analytical professional to join the High Net Worth (HNW) Business, Tied Agency team of a leading insurance organization.

As a Officer, HNW Business, you will play a key operational and analytical role in supporting business growth, managing bank premium financing processes, and facilitating complex HNW case workflows. This position is ideal for candidates eager to build deep expertise within the rapidly growing High Net Worth insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analytics & Reporting:

  • Prepare regular business performance reports, campaign tracking, and executive dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Ensure high data accuracy and provide timely management reports to key stakeholders.

• Premium Financing Administration:

  • Coordinate and manage document exchange with premium financing banking partners.

  • Review and process critical financing documentation, including Notice of Assignment (NOA), Absolute Notice of Assignment (ANOA), and related forms.

  • Liaise between internal departments, bank partners, and distribution channels to ensure seamless processing and follow up on outstanding cases.

• Insurance Operations & Case Management:

  • Conduct pre-case assessments and manage end-to-end HNW case coordination and tracking.

  • Utilize life insurance product knowledge to generate policy illustrations and benefit proposals.

  • Develop expertise in HNW insurance structures, underwriting requirements, premium financing, and Source of Wealth/Funds verification.

• Presentation & Training Support:

  • Design and refine high-quality PowerPoint presentation decks, training materials, and marketing collaterals for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HNW product training sessions, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or business support functions.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, Data Analysis).

  • Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard setup and reporting.

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with a track record of crafting professional presentation materials.

  • Familiarity with life insurance products or illustration systems is a distinct advantage.
