Our client is a leading hedge fund seeking an experienced Trade Support Manager to support its multi-asset investment platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing trade lifecycle management, operational oversight, outsourced service providers, and process improvement initiatives across a wide range of financial products. This role will work closely with Front Office, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and external counterparties to ensure efficient, controlled, and scalable investment operations.

1. Manage the full trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Commodities, and derivative products, including exotics.
2. Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, confirmation, allocation, settlement, and post-trade processing.
3. Perform daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash balances with prime brokers, custodians, administrators, and counterparties, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
4. Oversee corporate actions and asset servicing activities, including both mandatory and voluntary events.
5. Monitor daily operational activities performed by outsourced operations and middle office providers, ensuring service quality and timely issue resolution.
6. Act as the primary escalation point for complex operational exceptions, settlement issues, and trade-related incidents.
7. Partner with Technology teams to enhance operating processes, implement automation initiatives, and support system upgrades and enhancements.
8. Monitor and mitigate operational risks associated with investment activities, working closely with Risk and Compliance teams to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.
9. Conduct operational and trading data analysis to identify trends, improve workflows, and support business decision-making.
10. Support regulatory reporting, audits, compliance requirements, and operational governance initiatives.
11. Contribute to strategic projects supporting business growth, scalability, and operational excellence.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Investment Operations, Middle Office, Trade Support, or Operations within a hedge fund, asset management firm, investment bank, or similar financial institution.
3. Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management and post-trade processes across multiple asset classes.
4. Hands-on experience with reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, and operational controls.
5. Experience working with prime brokers, custodians, fund administrators, and external service providers.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic investment environment.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
9. Proficiency in data analysis and operational reporting.
10. Knowledge of hedge fund operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices would be advantageous.
