Job Description
- Oversee and supervise daily treasury/capital markets operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of transactions.
- Manage settlement activities, monitor operational and settlement risks, and resolve exceptions or irregularities.
- Review and approve transactions, payments, reconciliations, and regulatory/management reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance management, training, and operational guidance.
- Drive process improvements, risk control enhancements, and strategic projects while supporting departmental objectives and business growth
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations within the financial services industry.
- Experience in cash flow management and financial risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with banking and financial services regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor degree
