Overview

We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive individual to support our distribution team in driving the adoption and effective use of various digital platforms and tools. This role focuses on providing guidance, training, and day-to-day support across mobile applications, web portals, chatbot solutions, collaboration platforms, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support and assistance to users across digital platforms, including mobile applications, web portals, chatbot solutions, and collaboration tools.
• Educate and guide users on the effective use of digital systems, tools, and features.
• Conduct demonstrations, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to promote digital adoption and engagement.
• Respond to user enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Gather user feedback and escalate system issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance user experience and support processes.
• Monitor user engagement and identify opportunities to increase digital platform utilization.
• Support both virtual and face-to-face user engagement activities as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, digital support, retail, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented mindset.
• Mature, responsible, and able to build strong relationships with different stakeholders.
• Logical thinker with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting training sessions, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Proficient in using digital tools and technology platforms.
• Fluent in Cantonese; proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or part-time experience are encouraged to apply.
