The Associate Implementation will sit within Centre of Excellence team (India) supporting ICS (corporate team). This role will be responsible for ensuring all corporate applications comply with the AML/KYC regulations and internal requirements. Key Responsibilities: Ø Set up of the client in MYSU liaising with linkages to facilitate rapid & accurate set up Ø Liaising with internal teams including Sales, AML, New Accounts, Compliance, Risk and Legal for the set up Ø Coordinate internal client communication, completion & processing of Corporate Card Applications Ø Monitor first billing cycle to ensure smooth program launch Ø Ensure all MIS, associated products and @Work tools are set up correctly Establish & monitor the process at each implementation stage to provide support to Acquisition / Sales teams with client set up Provide administrative support to the Implementation Leader for the implementation of new corporate card, BTA, CPC, sales to achieve charge volume go

Responsibilities

• Set up of new and existing clients by liaising with internal teams
• Coordinate internal client communication, completion & processing of Corporate Account Set ups
• Ensuring at work profile is set up for the customer on priority
• Ensure all MIS, associated products are set up correctly
• Establish & monitor the process at each implementation stage to provide support to Acquisition / Sales teams with client set up
• Provide administrative support to Leader for the implementation of new corporate card for sales to achieve charge volume

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Commercial Card systems, and MIS tools
• Ability to build and leverage strong working relationships and collaborate across regional teams
• Strong analytical skills; Superior customer service skills
• Past Experience: Minimum 1- 4 years of experience in BFSI Industry
• Academic Background: Graduate in Commerce
