Job Description
The Colleague Experience Group (formerly HR) is focused on providing a great colleague's experience every day. Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience.
The Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Functional Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM is responsible to lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of Oracle Guided Learning for Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating contextual, role-based in-application guidance to improve user adoption, reduce training effort, and enhance the end-user experience across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
The candidate will collaborate with HCM functional consultants, HR business stakeholders, change management teams, and technical teams to design, deploy, and maintain Oracle Guided Learning content aligned with Oracle quarterly updates and organizational business processes.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) content across Oracle Cloud applications.
- Configure and maintain OGL walkthroughs, process guides, help panels, banners, Beacons, smart tips, announcements, and contextual help.
- Develop interactive in-application guidance to support Oracle Cloud business processes.
- Configure segmentation rules to deliver personalized guidance based on user roles, business units, or application context.
- Manage OGL content lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, versioning, and retirement.
- Monitor adoption metrics and optimize guidance using OGL analytics.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital adoption content.
- Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates by reviewing and updating impacted OGL content.
- Work with change management and training teams to improve user adoption and reduce support tickets.
- Maintain governance standards, naming conventions, and content quality.
- Create technical and functional documentation for OGL configurations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of Oracle Guided Learning implementation and administration.
- Expertise in Configuring OGL walkthroughs, process guides, help panels, banners, Beacons, smart tips, announcements, and contextual help.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and global implementations.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM - Core HR setup and configuration.
- Experience supporting Oracle quarterly releases, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio or AI-enabled HCM capabilities.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred
