Responsibilities:

• Support General Services Supervisor in day-to-day activity.
• Perform annual asset physical checking.
• Update asset database into asset management system based on physical checking result.
• Support General Services team in daily administrative task.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate/final year student.
• Willing to do full WFO (5x a week) on Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
• Familiarity with computer software.
• Excellence in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point).
• Excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English
• Having skills in design is an added value
• Committed to do 6 months internship period.
