Financial Accountant



Our client a Property Development organisation based in North Dublin are currently looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to join them on a 12 month contract.



Reporting to the CFO and working as a key member of the finance team, this role will include responsibility for the following:

• Supervising a team of bookkeepers who are preparing monthly management accounts


• Reviewing the monthly management accounts


• Preparation of cashflow forecasts


• Preparation of projects budgets


• Liasing with the auditors on an ongoing basis


• Taxation ( VAT, PAYE, RCT & CT)


• Investor Relations


• Company Secretarial

Candidate

The preferred background of the candidate:

• Qualified accountant with 3 years plus PQE


• Ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate proactivity in approach


• Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environmental with changing priorities


• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
