LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited provides fund administration services primarily to private equity funds and employs over 70 professionals in Dublin. We are currently seeking a Transfer Agency Associate to join our Shareholder Services team.
The Shareholder Services team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional investor experience, managing the onboarding of new investors and maintaining high standards of client service throughout the investor lifecycle. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of the onboarding process, from initial account set-up and documentation review through to ongoing due diligence and regulatory checks.
This role involves working with a diverse range of investors, including institutional clients, pension funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Success in the position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Support the onboarding of new investors, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Review FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) documentation and perform related due diligence checks.
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure investor records are accurate and complete.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with investors, General Partners, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve client service issues, ensuring timely communication and a high standard of service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and business partners across multiple international offices.
- Support the achievement of team objectives and key performance indicators by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

Requirements
- NOTE: applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland. If on work permit, this must be valid for the duration of the contract term.
- Undergraduate degree required (minimum 2.2 Honours or equivalent).
- Previous experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services within the funds industry.
- Relevant professional qualifications or further education in a related discipline would be advantageous.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive and innovative approach to work.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues, including more complex matters, with appropriate guidance and escalation where required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
