Area General Manager

CBRE Israel is seeking an experienced Area General Manager to lead the business, operational and service performance of office towers, residential towers and mixed-use properties.

The role includes full responsibility for property operations, financial performance, service standards, client and tenant relationships, vendor management, safety compliance and the leadership of site managers and property teams across multiple assets.
Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, service delivery and safety across multiple properties
• Manage site managers, operational teams, vendors and service providers
• Own budgets, P&L performance, financial controls and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with SLA standards, procedures, safety requirements and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants and residents
• Drive service excellence, operational improvements, innovation and sustainability initiatives
Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing income-producing properties or complex real estate environments
• Proven experience managing managers, teams, vendors and budgets
• Strong business and financial orientation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent Hebrew and good business English
• Academic degree in a relevant field, advantage
• Strong leadership, service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities
