職務内容(補足):

- ビジネスおよびISのステークホルダーとの関係構築および維持

- ビジネスのニーズを分析および業務要件の作成,ユーザー視点のテストプラン作成• 実行

- アシスタントマネージャーとしてスタッフをリードし,チームが高いパフォーマンスを発揮できるようにマネージャーと共に業務を遂行する

求める経験:

- 生命保険業界に関わる職務経験が少なくとも3年はある(保険業務オペレーション業務や営業部門での経験があると尚可)

- 生命保険契約管理システムや周辺システムのビジネス要件作成• ユーザーテストまたはシステム開発経験

- 業務改善プロジェクトや顧客サービス向上プロジェクトでのビジネスアナリストとしての参画経験
- チームリーダーとしてプロジェクトのゴールを目指し遂行した経験

スキルおよび能力:

- ネイティブレベルの日本語文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション

- ビジネスレベルの英語力があると望ましい (少なくともチャットやメールでの簡単なテキストコミュニケーションができれば可)

- すぐれたコミュニケーション能力(口頭,書面,プレゼンテーション)

- 保険商品および保険業務に理解がある人が望ましい

- 高い問題解決力と意思決定力

- 継続的改善に対する意欲• カスタマーセントリシティーに基づいた思考を有する
- システム開発プロセス(Waterfall,Agileモデル)に理解がある

- PCスキル(Access, Excel, Word, Power Point,等)

- 保険関連の資格(生保講座または生保大学)があれば望ましい

- ビジネスアナリスト関連の資格があれば望ましい

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン:

ハイブリッド勤務,必要に応じて出社要.会社のガイドラインに準じます.

残業について:

残業は月20~40時間程度を想定します

給与:

経験,能力を考慮の上,当社規定により優遇します

通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)

変動賞与年1回(個人,会社業績に応じて支給)

勤務時間:

フレックス制度については募集案件によって記載

原則 9:00~17:00(実働7時間.フレックス制度あり)
