Requirements:

Strong Descent Go/Java skills (preferrably more than 3 years of Experience)
Major knowledge in Backend development and computer science in general
More than 2 years of management experience
Business level English and Daily Conversation Japanese
Motivated to be a leader and can lead a team of software engineers

Salary is negotiable up to JPY 15M + and Visa Sponsorship also available.
